We are located at 410 N. Euclid St., Fullerton, CA 92832. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed Friday through Sunday.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork. If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance card. We look forward to meeting you!
